SERVICE:

My wife and I rolled into your service check in lane at about 2:30 this afternoon after having just been rear-ended by a distracted driver. Pieces of the rear of the vehicle and the rear tail light assembly were hanging off the car in a fashion that was not exactly aerodynamic. And we were on a schedule. Jim and his service team jumped into action, literally with strapping tape and zip ties, to get us safely back on the road until we could seek a permanent solution after the weekend. Huge kudos and thanks to the service team. ~ Mike

This experience was great. My brakes went out on my 2013 Subaru Forester which I lease. I felt this was way early, 100% metal on metal and 50% on the front. Cost to me $400.00. I now live downstate. Hard to find a Subaru dealership, so while visiting my 90-year old mother near T.C., I called and got my car in and new brakes all in 24 hours. Love is what makes a Subaru. ~ Jerilyn
